1.3 Language of the Document

This Agreement is written in Russian. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version shall prevail.

1.4 Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Restrictions

Participation in gambling on the Site is allowed only for persons who have reached the age of 18 or the minimum age required by the jurisdiction of residence. The Player must provide truthful information about their age and confirm it if necessary.

2.2 Registration

To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal data: name, email address, phone number, and other information upon request.

2.3 One Account Only

Each Player is allowed to have only one Account. Multiple accounts by the same user are prohibited and may be blocked.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

The Company reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) to confirm the Player's age, identity, and address. Refusal to undergo verification or providing false data may result in account suspension and denial of withdrawals.

3. Games and Bets

3.1 Game Rules

All games on the Site have their own rules that must be reviewed before playing. Games operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) ensuring fairness and randomness of results.

3.2 Placing Bets

A bet is considered accepted after confirmation on the Site. Bets cannot be canceled or changed after placement.

3.3 Types of Bets

  • Single bets — a bet on the outcome of a single game round.
  • Combined bets — a combination of several bets, all of which must win to receive the payout.

3.4 Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are provided under specific conditions and must be wagered before withdrawal. Minimum wagering requirements established by the license also apply to deposited funds.

3.5 Bet Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of technical failures, fraud, or rule violations.

3.6 Bonus Policy

  • Deposit bonuses are available only with qualifying deposits.
  • Winnings from bonuses are limited to a maximum of 4 times the deposit amount.
  • Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion’s terms.
  • Certain games may not count toward wagering requirements.
  • Violations of bonus rules may result in the annulment of bonuses and winnings.
  • Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time.
  • Bonuses have an expiration period.
  • Using bonuses for progressive jackpot games is prohibited (see section 6.5).

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player’s name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of winnings are possible only after fulfilling all wagering requirements and completing the verification procedure.

4.3 Processing Times and Fees

Transaction processing times depend on the chosen payment method. Fees may apply.

4.4 Chargebacks

Chargebacks or transaction reversals without the Company’s consent may lead to account suspension.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Actions

6.1 Fraud and Abuse

Any attempts at fraud, manipulation of games or bonuses are prohibited and may result in legal liability.

6.2 Account Security

6.3 Unacceptable Behavior

Insults, threats, and inappropriate behavior will lead to account suspension.

6.4 Violation of Bonus Policy

Using bonuses to circumvent rules or gain unfair advantage (including delayed betting, bonus manipulation, multiple accounts, etc.) will result in annulment of bonuses and winnings and account suspension.

6.5 Ban on Using Bonuses in Progressive Games

Playing progressive jackpot games with active bonus funds to “cash out” the bonus after winning is prohibited. Violations lead to account suspension and confiscation of winnings.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Company Rights

All content and software on the Site belong to the Company and are protected by law.
